Daily Journal Prompts

Day 1:

In what ways are you currently nourishing your body, energy, and spirit? In what ways do you feel depleted? What are some rituals you are interested in or can institute to serve your stability at this unique time?

Grab your journal and a pen and find a quiet place -- in a nook at home or take a walk to your favorite nearby outdoor spot. Once settled, close your eyes, still the body, and take three deep rounds of breath. Open your eyes, read the prompt again, and begin to write. If you feel stuck, just write whatever rises to the surface first and let it carry you. As you write, observe sensation in the body. Where you do you feel open? Where to you feel resistance? Write until you feel you've answered as fully as you can. Put the pen down. Close your eyes and take three deep rounds of breath to close.

Day 2:

What brings you awe, wonderment, and joy? How can you make room for that at this moment?

Grab your journal and a pen and find a quiet place -- in a nook at home or take a walk to your favorite nearby outdoor spot. Once settled, close your eyes, still the body, and take three deep rounds of breath. Open your eyes, read the prompt again, and begin to write. If you feel stuck, just write whatever rises to the surface first and let it carry you. As you write, observe sensation in the body. Where you do you feel open? Where to you feel resistance? Write until you feel you've answered as fully as you can. Put the pen down. Close your eyes and take three deep rounds of breath to close.

Day 3:

What are you walking away with? Write down and say it out loud.
